1. All bookings require a 30% deposit to secure a spot which is non-refundable.
2. Final payment must be made by 30 days before, failing which the booking may be forfeited.
3. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice before full payment.
4. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel. Please attach a copy of your passport with this form and POP to secure a spot.
5. Duiker Travel and Tours is not responsible for visa rejections or other immigration-related issues.
6. Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the base package.
7. Cancellations will be subject to penalties as per Duiker Travel and Tours’ cancellation policy.
8. Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
