Booking & Payment Policy 1.1. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your booking. 10% of the deposit cost is non-refundable. 1.2. The total payment is divided into three (3) installments, including the deposit. 1.3. All payments must be completed by 31st August 2025. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all payments made. 1.4. To reserve your booking, submit a copy of your passport and the preferred package option to sales@duikertravel.com. 1.5. Upon receiving your invoice, you have 48 hours to make the deposit and send proof of payment (POP) with your invoice number. Failure to do so will result in the release of your booking. 1.6. After the first deposit, the remaining two installments must be paid before 31st August 2025 to avoid cancellation.
Package Inclusions & Availability 2.1. All flight tickets, accommodation, transfers, and other package elements are subject to availability at the time of booking. 2.2. Limited spaces are available, and bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis with confirmation with a deposit.
Pricing and Inclusions 3.1. Quoted Prices: All prices are based on current rates and are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange rates. Clients will be notified promptly of any adjustments. 3.2. Inclusions: Unless otherwise stated, prices include accommodation, specified meals and transportation. 3.3. Exclusions: Personal expenses, travel insurance (for Bronze Package), optional excursions (to be requested), and visa application fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
Travel Documents & Visa Requirements 4.1. Travelers must possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity beyond the departure date. 4.2. Visa applications must be submitted to the Moroccan Embassy in South Africa. 4.3. Required visa application documents include: • Passport • Completed visa application form • Passport-sized photos • Proof of accommodation • Flight itinerary • Travel insurance • Proof of financial means 4.4. Visa processing times vary, and Duiker Travel & Tours is not responsible for delays or rejections. Travelers must apply well in advance.
Changes and Amendments 5.1. Participant Substitutions: Requests for participant changes must be submitted in writing at least 153 days prior to departure and may incur a P850 administrative fee per change. 5.2. Itinerary Modifications: The agency reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or supplier issues. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
Responsibilities and Liabilities 6.1. Client Responsibilities: • Ensuring all participants have valid travel documents, necessary visas, and appropriate travel insurance. – Duiker Travel will assist in this manner when applying for the visa but it is the client’s responsibility to hand in all the paperwork to the Moroccan Embassy in South Africa. • Complying with the laws, customs, and regulations of Morocco. • Arriving on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities. • Any additional costs resulting from failure to comply with these responsibilities will be borne by the traveler. 6.2. Agency Liabilities: • Duiker Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). • While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers. • We are not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, lost baggage, or force majeure events affecting the trip. – (covered by Travel insurance – it is highly recommended)
Advertising and Promotion 7.1. Use of Materials: Clients consent to the use of photographs, videos, or testimonials from the trip for promotional purposes, unless a written objection is provided prior to departure.
Governing Law 8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
Cancellation & Refund Policy 9.1. 10% of the deposit is non-refundable. After 90 days of no second installation payment – full deposit non-refundable. 9.2. Cancellations made before 31st August 2025 may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to airline and hotel policies. 9.3. Cancellations after 31st August 2025 will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made. 9.4. If a traveler is denied a visa, refunds will be processed based on airline and hotel policies. The initial 10% deposit remains non-refundable. 9.5. If AFCON 2025 is canceled or rescheduled, refunds will be subject to service provider policies.
Travel Insurance & Liability 10.1. Travel insurance is mandatory and is included in Gold and Platinum packages. Bronze package travelers must provide proof of insurance. 10.2. Duiker Travel & Tours is not liable for: • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections. • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. • Medical emergencies or accidents during travel.
Flight & Accommodation Policies 11.1. Flights are booked in economy class, with upgrades available at additional cost. 11.2. Travelers are responsible for checking airline baggage policies. Excess luggage fees are at the traveler’s expense. 11.3. Hotel rooms are based on double occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost. 11.4. Room preferences are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
AFCON Match Tickets 12.1. Match tickets are included in the travel packages. There will be included in the packages once CAF has released the match tickets. 12.2. Duiker Travel & Tours is not responsible for ticket availability or pricing.
General Travel Guidelines 13.1. Travelers must adhere to Moroccan laws and cultural customs while in the country. (quick briefing and on ground support contact details) will be provided upon full payment received. 13.2. Duiker Travel & Tours reserves the right to deny service or remove any traveler who causes disruption or violates travel regulations. 13.3. Any additional personal expenses (meals, shopping, excursions) are the responsibility of the traveler.
COVID-19 & Health Regulations 14.1. Travelers must comply with Moroccan health and entry requirements, including any vaccination or testing mandates. 14.2. Refunds will not be issued for travelers denied entry due to non-compliance with health regulations.
Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with a group booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
